Position Summary

This position is entry level with training provided by Natrium Products. Operators should have problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. After completing training, it is expected that the operator will be capable of performing the tasks required to make baking soda.


*** During training, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. After completing training, the schedule is 6:30 to 6:30, 3 days week 1 (36 hours), 4 days week 2 (48 hours).


Shifts: Day & Night (12 Hour Shifts), 3 & 4 Days a week rotating schedule.


Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
• Pay upon successful completion of training and is put on 12 hours shifts increases to $23.00/hour.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable source of transportation to and from work each day.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Punctuality.
• Willingness to learn to processes and procedures.
