Pay Transparency:
The pay rate is $18.31, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).

What you will be doing
The Part-Time Pharmacy Warehouse Associate at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for working in a closed-door, fast paced pharmacy production line and will be involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders. Under the supervision of the PIC/Group Supervisor, the Part-Time Pharmacy Warehouse Associate will also be scanning, sorting, and assisting with preparing shipments to stores using automated equipment/conveyor systems. The Part-Time Pharmacy Warehouse Associate will work as part of a team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders and maintain a continuous and consistent workflow to help meet team goals.
The position is an onsite role based in Ridgefield, WA. The shift arrangement is typically up to 25-30 hours per workweek. The daily shift time is from 3:00 or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on 2 nd shift Sunday through Thursday.
Main responsibilities

• Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
• Preparation of prescription orders for delivery, with non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
• Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
• Assist in organizing totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
• Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
• Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience

• Required:
  • Licensed with the Board of Pharmacy in the CF home state as a Pharmacy Assistant.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Willing and able to stand/walk majority of shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
