Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts for their trucks and trailers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the parts department team to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, latest products, and advancements to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
- 1+ years of experience in parts sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in using computer systems and parts catalog software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
