- mpetitive Wages – The pay range is $26.69 to $35.59 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Additional premiums for swing and grave shifts are available.De

- erator must be able to perform all job functions in a safe & productive manner.Th
- is person is responsible for adhering to all safety, quality, & sanitation standards.Mu
- st be able to use basic math & accurately complete control paperwork clearly & in a detailed manner.Sp
- ecific job duties include but are not limited to: mix planning, mix making, raw ingredient receiving, QA testing, and other support functions (CIP, COP, HTST operation).Ad
- ditional job duties will include operating freezers, pumps, fruit feeders, check- weighers, metal detectors, forklift, pallet jack, to SOP’s & to achieve performance targets.Em
- ployees may also be asked to participate on problem solving teams.Mu
- st be able to work in a team & willing to perform various functions out of regular scope or as assigned by a supervisor.Mu
- st be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Ph
- ility to lift at least 50 lbs. above the waist 10 times per day.Si
- gnificant bending and stooping Ex
- posure to heights (may be elevated 40ft. on lift equipment)Wi
- llingness to work extended or any scheduled work hours.Ph
- posure to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold)Ex
- posure to loud noises, allergens and moving mechanical parts.Ex
