Postdoctoral Associate- Rumbaugh Lab

A postdoctoral position is available in the Rumbaugh lab at The Herbert Wertheim UF Scripps Institute for Biomedical Innovation & Technology. The lab investigates the neural circuit mechanisms underlying complex animal behaviors. Successful candidates will perform animal behavior experiments, manipulations of neural activity, brain imaging, and analyses of the collected data.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Ph D in a relevant scientific discipline. A pending doctoral degree may be considered with approval of Dr. Rumbaugh.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in animal behavior experiments, optogenetics, brain imaging, and programming in Python are preferred.
