Job Description
This position provides support for the day to day operations of the premium processing COE. The position also helps develop and implements procedures and guidelines for the department that ensures accurate and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for making recommendations for process improvements and cost saving opportunities
• Approves check requests
• Manage suspense accounts using established departmental procedures
• Research and reply to customer requests related to billing questions, processing refunds as necessary
• Resolving payment and billing issues
• Prepares management reports for the team
• Manages the daily operation of the department by ensuring all critical functions are successfully performed
• Assist the Team Leader with special projects
• Assist with operational efficiency projects
• Ensure deadlines are met and provide training as needed

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $42,960.00 - 74,527.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
