Preschool Teacher

• Create a warm and inviting learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with other staff to plan and implement educational activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Maintain an organized and vibrant classroom setting

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong communicator with the ability to help students delve deep into subjects
• Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
• Prior to being hired, a teacher shall have twelve post-secondary semester units or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades (C or better), at an accredited or approved college or university, as well as, at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program.
