Position Summary:
Become an important member of our team supporting the development and innovation of world class backcountry aircraft that are fully manufactured in the United States. Located at our Pacific Northwest world headquarters, we are seeking a motivated individual to help support our Company’s growth in the critical task of maintaining accurate documentation as we produce high quality aircraft in Yakima, Washington. The primary role of this Administrative Assistant position is to facilitate and maintain the day-to-day documentation work flow for the production planning team. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the continuous revisions of procedure documentation in addition to administrative tasks providing support to multiple departments across the Company.
Responsibilities:
Assist Director of Manufacturing and Production Planning Team with projects, reports, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with the management of all production standard operating procedures
Provide support for recruiting activities
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of administrative procedures
Meet deadlines for special projects and maintain productivity for ongoing documentation procedures

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, reliable attention to detail, and accuracy with repetitive tasks
Driven to succeed while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to exercise sound judgment and integrity, working independently and in team settings
Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbally
Proficient in the use of MS-Office
An understanding of the importance of work standards

Compensation:
$18.00 – $24.00
