Production Associate/Quality Control
Job Description Summary
This position monitors and ensures quality control for all garments produced. The Production Associate performs a variety of routine and repetitive inspections and procedures as required and defined by approved production for all embroidering, heat press, and alteration orders. You will play a crucial role in meeting our customers' needs by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of sewing production as determined by our customers' needs. Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of finished garments.
• Reads and understands work orders and profiles to determine whether each order is processed correctly.
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple work order specifications, location special notes of embroidery, alteration, and heat press art.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and organize the workflow.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Review work orders, observe specifications and location, and any special notes for all embroidery, alteration, and heat press orders.
• Works as part of a team to achieve operational quality goals and objectives.
• Sort, count, and fold garments by size/color/garment style.
• Assist the embroidery department (during pre-QC) with hooping and running embroidery equipment
• Provide quality control as business needs require.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
