Production Coordinator
A well-organized professional in the home/textile industry production department, working with overseas factories for shipments coming in, sample approvals, lab dip approval, time and action calendar, costing and follow up with factories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor production for all open orders to ensure all aspects of production are properly executed to produce finished products in adherence with the targeted delivery schedule and quality on daily basis.
Work closely with design, product development, and sales team for product spec and details.
Manage overseas vendor communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase orders
Create cost sheets and POs via Simparel ERP once the order is confirmed.
Review different reports and create PO in Simparel ERP to make sure all steps of productions are on track and margins are as per company guidelines
Review lab dibs, PP and TOP samples
Archive all the production samples for future reference
Follow up with Logistics to coordinate booking is confirmed and goods will be received on time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
