Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling cannabis products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:

Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
Applicant must consent to a criminal background check
Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
Must have reliable transportation
Must have no scheduling restrictions.
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.

- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for selling technology products
- Understanding of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales tax
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
