Summary:
Supports the administrative and receiving activities in the LEW DC.

Responsibilities:
1. Inbound ASN’s input
2. Submission of MRO requisitions and procurement of local vending supplies
3. File freight claims
4. Various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
5. Invoice approval management
6. Maintain security access and door badges
7. Maintain material handling equipment fleet management tracking
8. Maintain HIPPO Maintenance System
9. Event Organization
10. RF repair management
11. Various clerical activities
12. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education, Skills, and/or Experience:
1. Strong skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Email
2. Communicates in a professional manner (verbal and written)
3. Minimum 3 years experience in administrative position
4. High school diploma
5. Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish)
