Mc Cray Global Protection Corp. is a rapidly expanding security guard provider in the United States. We are currently seeking a Mobile Recruiter located in the Burlington, NJ. area. This position will require you to travel frequently to different parts of NJ. You may also be asked to travel out-of-state to support other branches of the company if necessary. This position reports directly to our People Operations Manager and requires you to be in the office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified applicants from job postings to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes & job applications
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to determine candidate aptness
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Assist with onboarding and new hire process
• Assist with employee compliance
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the contract security industry
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws & regulations
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Travel to assist in implementing contract security teams at client locations
• Develop training protocol & programs for contract security teams at client locations
• Administer standard operating procedures
• Assist in uniform compliance by delivering company uniforms, as needed.
