What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise and coordinate the CNAs to ensure a high degree of quality care is maintained
Process all admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents during your shift
Administer medications and treatments and maintain proper charting for the unit, all in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations and department policies and procedures
Maintain a high standard of resident care
Respond immediately to all crises and/or calls for assistance
Other duties as required

What you need to be successful:

Requires current Registered Nurse (RN) state license
Minimum 6 months experience in skilled nursing
Pass a state-required background check
Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
Current CPR Certification
COVID-19 vaccination/booster or medical/religious exemption
