Job Description:
Southern Cross Boat Works, Inc. (SCBW) is seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Representative to grow our scaffolding business within the construction and remodeling sector. This flexible role allows for both remote and on-site work, making it ideal for someone with industry experience and a broad network across the U.S.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, remodeling, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Professionally present SCBW's scaffolding services to align with client needs.
• Negotiate business agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project logistics are seamless and efficient.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction or scaffolding sector).
• Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation:
