Sales Representative - Scaffold for Construction and Remodeling

Job Description:
Southern Cross Boat Works, Inc. (SCBW) is seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Representative to grow our scaffolding business within the construction and remodeling sector. This flexible role allows for both remote and on-site work, making it ideal for someone with industry experience and a broad network across the U.S.
Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, remodeling, and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Professionally present SCBW's scaffolding services to align with client needs.
Negotiate business agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project logistics are seamless and efficient.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction or scaffolding sector).
Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation:

Competitive commission-only structure with no base salary.
