Key Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you'll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Your day-to-day activities will involve organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software on time. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.

• Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
  
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
• This role will be 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years Project Management Experience
  
• Experience in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum.
  
• Experience in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
  
• HS Diploma / GED
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
  

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
