We are one of the largest pallet manufacturers in the South Eastern United States, we are looking for a Production Manager for our Ashburn, GA facility. This job is a production leadership job that will require long hours and hard work. The right person for this role will have demonstrated strong leadership, strong character, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. Attitude is everything!

Requirements for job:

100% on-time attendance is expected.
Strong leadership skills with the courage, willingness, and desire to be an organizational leader.
A proven record of accomplishment of personal responsibility.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends if required.
Willingness, experience, and desire to work in an outside production-manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Office experience, including the use of excel and word.
Current valid driver’s license.
Willingness and desire to operate a forklift and /or a tractor/loader.
Strong communication skills.

Job Requirements
College work a plus.
2 years’ experience working in a leadership role.
Good attitude and a willingness to work hard.
Valid driver's license.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in workplace Safety and OSHA a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of a Smart Phone.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to pass a background check
