A Day in the Life

Senior Program Manager leading U.S. Surgical Solution Delivery will design and deliver commercialization and conversion approaches that reflect an integrated and comprehensive Medtronic Surgical portfolio. He/she will set and drive a best-in-class conversion and delivery model that serves the US Surgical portfolio across the conversion continuum (pre, during, post) that maximizes efficiency, optimizes resources, aligns with expected customer outcomes and positions for expansion. He/she will oversee the operational aspects of ongoing conversion projects and serves as liaison between all cross-functional and commercial teams while reporting to the Director, US Surgical Commercial Operations and Business Analytics.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$143,200.00 - $214,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
