The first Bravo! Italian Kitchen location opened in 1992 in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, Bravo! has grown as a beloved Italian restaurant brand with multiple locations across the United States. Serving a diverse menu featuring a fresh take on classic Italian food using the freshest ingredients. We use made-from-scratch recipes inspired by regional Italian cuisine. Choose from premium steaks, pasta specialties, fresh seafood and crispy flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian brick-oven. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries.
Utilize POS systems efficiently to process payments and orders accurately.
Ensure food safety standards are upheld by handling food properly and following sanitation guidelines.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and maximize revenue.
Utilize serving skills to create a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

POS experience
Customer service skills
Serving experience
Knowledge of food safety protocols
Ability to manage time effectively
Sales experience preferred
Fine dining background a plus
Basic math skills required
Previous catering or restaurant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $2.83 per hour
