Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of structures, vehicles and equipment to ensure that they remain in a safe, operational condition. Supervise occasional contract labor as needed. Maintaining the site location while practicing acceptable safety procedures.
• Manage the purchases of materials for repair and maintenance of storages and equipment. Answer routine customer inquiries and concerns.
• Office operations in absence of office personnel in receiving/posting payments. Operates office equipment, answers the telephone, and takes messages. Greets and directs walk-in traffic. Responsible for credit & cash transactions. Opens office Monday through Friday.
• Operation of equipment to clean the grounds, control weeds, and flatten/grade the parking areas. Front–end loader, backhoe, tractor with mower, bobcat, and Kubota run-about.
• Meet customer’s needs in regard to storage units and parking RV pads.
