- This is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Representative.

Build proficiencies related to serving and selling T-Mobile products to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience by:
- Helping our customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey with consultative selling and services.
- Exploring individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
- Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become skilled and be able to consistently demonstrate the ability to balance customer service experience and performance goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED Required. Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail sales or customer service industry (previous Wireless retail sales, preferred).
- Basic math skills.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas/goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts throughout the week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand long periods of time.
- Knowledge of the wireless industry standards and technology is preferred.
- Exhibits a can-do attitude that is positive, supportive, and cooperative.
- Team player that can work along peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Can effectively balance customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Pass a pre-employment background check (will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all laws).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
