Job Purpose or Objective(s): Under the direction of the Table Games Maintenance Manager you will perform the maintenance of all table games equipment to include table games furniture such as podiums and gaming tables for all CNO sites that offer table games. The Table Games Technician must cultivate relationships with multiple partners and vendors across CNO to maintain partnerships resulting in reduced cost, performance improvement of equipment for use and potential revenue gains. You will report to the Table Games Maintenance Manager.
Pay Rate $24.50/Hour | Full Time | Variable
Primary Tasks:
1. Perform routine preventative maintenance on all types of table games, including mechanical, electrical, and physical structure related items.
2. Maintains logs and records of work performed and materials and equipment used.
3. Tracks and maintains inventory of parts, equipment, and materials.
4. Inspects and resolves issues related to repair work for table games.
5. Assesses other modification and maintenance assignments such as replacing layouts, upholstery repair, podium drawers, lock repair.
6. Work with facilities from all properties together with projects assigned that would need additional or specific skills to complete assignments.
7. Immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns.
8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.


MINIMUM

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in technical maintenance or casino table games maintenance.

• Must be knowledgeable and experienced in safely handling machines, tools including their designs uses and maintenance that are used.

• Five years (5+) years in preventive maintenance of mechanical and furniture related to table games.

• Three years (3+) experience in technician maintenance capacity.
