Talent Acquisition Partner | National

- Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, organizational social media platforms and networking relationships.
- Promote open vacancies using all applicable approved social media platforms in accordance with the organization guidelines.
- Assist in promoting the brand reputation for Compudopt through the recruiting process.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of candidates for positions and anticipated positions according to the needs across our organization.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Retention manager to identify, optimize, and implement efficient and effective ongoing recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and industry standards.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand short and long-term hiring needs and develop strategies to fulfill these needs.
- Assist hiring managers with screening applicants within the applicant tracking system to ensure alignment with position requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with employment and recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations using traditional and creative sourcing methods.
- Use the applicant tracking system to activate, deactivate and promote current vacancies.
- Attend and participate in virtual or in-person college job fairs and recruiting sessions for the identified and target market area of open position.
- Organize and lead in person and virtual organization career fairs and recruiting sessions using Linked In, Handshake and other identified sources.
- Provide reports of organization recruitment efforts and trends as requested the Talent Acquisition & Retention manager.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the identified applicant tracking system and other software platforms.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience in a recruitment and/or talent acquisition capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Minimum of one-year human resources generalist experience
- Experience working within a nonprofit environment and familiarity with
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- The ability to create and implement recruiting strategies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
