We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as baristas and front desk associates. Whether you’re brewing the perfect cup of tea or ensuring our customers have an amazing experience, you’ll be a key part of making Molly Tea the go-to destination for tea lovers.
Positions

• Full-time tea barista and front desk associate (40 hours per week)
• Part-time tea barista and front desk associate (20+ hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and make the perfect beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by taking and fulfilling drink orders
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, bar areas, and kitchen in accordance with established guidelines
• Coordinate with team members to guarantee smooth operation

Qualifications

• Passion about tea and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Willingness to learn and act as team player
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in boba tea shops or restaurants (preferred)
• Knowledge of food quality management and state or federal food safety guidelines (preferred)
• Fluency in Mandarin (preferred)

Compensation
From $19.00 per hour

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
