Zep was founded in 1937 and is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. In 2021, Zep became the official cleaning partner of Atlanta United FC.
- Aggressively drive revenue growth through superior customer service and product knowledge
- Proactively develop new customer contacts and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Use a route schedule to work in a specific geographic area for a given day and use a route schedule on their company phone to ensure all customers are seen on correct visit frequencies to maximize efficiencies of Rep.
- Daily call ratio range from 10-12 calls per day on average; time spent with customer, product demonstration, service, or appointments would all be factors in the number of calls made per day.
- Listen to and evaluate customer needs and recommend/develop systems bundled solutions utilizing a consultative approach.
- Provide some minor technical service expertise as needed.
- Use company-provided tablet to enter orders via the Company’s order entry portal.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual district budgets. Establish, grow, and manage new and existing customer relationships.
- Utilize Sales Force.com for call planning and tracking.
- Use personal vehicle in accordance with TSR mileage program to make sales calls to customers and visit customers at their place of business.
- Able to work with distribution partners/distributors.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) may include specialized or vocational courses. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One to three years sales experience.
- Must possess basic technical ability/skills to be able to install and maintain basic dispensing equipment.
