Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Pay:
$19/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, organizing documents, and interacting with customers and internal staff frequently
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of warehouse supplies
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Assist in event planning and coordination for warehouse-related activities
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
