Our location in Culver, Indiana is on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee, Culver Academies encompasses 1,800 acres of green hills and woodlands, and a historic collegiate-like campus with beautiful Gothic buildings and architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Warehouse Inventory Clerk maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. They are responsible for processing purchasing requests, tracking orders, and investigating inventory problems. Additional responsibilities include database maintenance, cycle counting, and monthly report distribution. Contributes as a cross-trained team player, performs various clerical duties, provides exceptional customer service in all warehouse areas, maintains cleanliness in the warehouse, and removes seasonal snow and ice from the dock and stairs.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency and experience in material moving, inventory tracking and bookkeeping. This position requires discipline, meeting deadlines, and working under the pressure of many priorities. Additionally, must be able to multitask between various job responsibilities. This position requires high-level proficiency with database input and custom report generation, high competency with Excel, Word, and related software. This position requires excellent keyboarding and data entry skills. This position entails having access to highly confidential information. Must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality. The clerk must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
