General Job Description:

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Ensure the warehouse is organized and meets safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (1 year or more) or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control procedures, and procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, staff, and management.
• Proficient Microsoft office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Bilingual preferred
