Annual Salary: $55,000 + based on experience.

The Warehouse Manager helps lead the functional operations of the Warehouse. This role reports to the Distribution Center Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing tasks including, but not limited to, receiving, stocking, shipping, routing, and delivery of orders. They directly and indirectly supervise Drivers and Warehouse Associates as they complete their daily responsibilities in a timely and safety-oriented fashion.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Lead the process for accurate receiving, stocking, loading and shipping activity in the warehouse.
Supervise a shift to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processes.
Train team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areas.
Establish team goals and work with each Associate to achieve and exceed their performance goals.
Utilize Famous Logistics Systems (FLS) to ensure driver routes are performed and executed to meet customer delivery expectations.
Ensure that all transportation and warehouse operations comply with Famous Supply, local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure that facilities are clean and safe by thoroughly inspecting all areas.

Required Experience and Skills

Strong communication skills
Leadership experience
Problem Solving
Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory management practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience and Skills

2-3 years leadership/supervision experience
Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
Experience using RF Scanners
