Reports To: Distribution Manager (or assigned Supervisor).
Pay rate: $18 - $21 / per hour, based on experience.

Primary Objective: To work safely and efficiently and ensure that all product, Finished Good (FG) or Work in Process (WIP) produced are properly shipped or correctly warehoused.
Essential Functions:

• Must possess a current United Solutions powered vehicle operator’s license.
• Must have advanced organizational skills.
• Must be able to use a Hand-Held Scanning device
• Must have good command of basic mathematics and computer literacy.
• Must be able to walk, sit and stand, at varying intervals during an entire shift.
• Must be able to wear proper protective equipment, including seatbelts.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 35 lbs. up to shoulder height.
• Must be able to understand and follow directions.

It is expected that company policies and procedures will always be followed. The Shipping/Warehouse Manager, or designee, will be the first point of contact if any questions or issues arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Pick, stage and correctly label customer orders as designated off pick tickets.
• Correctly load customer shipments following all vendor compliance instructions. Completely fill out United tally sheets and shipping documents.
• Follow all instructions and directions from Shipping/ Warehouse Manager or their assigned designee.
• Unload FG and WIP production and place in product neatly and safely in prescribed locations. Use United tally sheets to document all SKUs unloaded and /or received.
• Immediately report any issues with product or equipment, any unsafe conditions or actions of other employees, to the Shipping/ Warehouse Manger
• Must wear Safety Glasses while working in the building and driving powered lift vehicles
• Other Duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor (or designee).

* Always Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)* Make sure trailers are chocked before entering with a lift truck* Always wear seatbelts when operating lift vehicles* Perform and complete training when assigned.* Always follow company Safety policies and procures.

• Always be Quality Compliant

* Double check all counts and SKU numbers before loading or warehousing product.* Shipping/ labeling accuracy is imperative to avoid fines and chargebacks; maintain a very high level of customer compliance* Identify and report all Quality deficiencies immediately i.e. Torn boxes, crushed cartons, mislabeled SKUs, incorrect pallet configurations, etc

• Maintain a good attendance record in accordance with United Solutions Attendance policy.

* Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled shift start time* Only take breaks on assigned times* Work your entire scheduled shifts* Give proper communication when requesting time off
Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in a distribution center setting
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks
• Ability to perform order fulfillment accurately
• Familiarity with using basic math skills in a warehouse environment
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of forklift operation and reach truck usage
