<Job Responsibilities>

• Conduct the following research and analysis as part of our search for investment opportunities.
• Create a FINANCIAL model using EXCEL
• Analyse of transaction valuation
• Investigate other evaluation materials
• Create internal presentation materials
• Participate in meetings with collaborating teams and external parties (Online/Offline)
• Follow the internal approval process
• Collaborate with the team for M&A execution.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
• Gender: Any
• Age: 25 - 30
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience:
• - Having 1 - 2 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects
• - Have experience at Big4 consulting companies or Investment Banks
• - Have study abroad experience
• - Have working experience with a native English speaker
• - Have good knowledge of hospital business operation
• - Good understanding M&A business & process
