<Job Responsibilities>

• 1. Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and handle general data entries
• 2. Prepare sales forecast and analysis data
• 3. Assist in the maintenance of effective record-keeping and filing systems
• 4. Liaise with the logistics department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management, and control delivery arrangement
• 5. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
• 6. Report and provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Gender: Any
• Age: 26 ~ 40
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English - Business Level (From TOEIC 700)
• Experience: At least 2 years as a Sales / Account Manager / Coordinator or relevant experience with experience in order receiving and following.
• Knowledge of SAP/CRM.
• Motivation to be a Sales and willing to go on business trips (overseas)
