<Job Responsibilities>

• Liaise with import/export personnel for import/export and customs procedures as an EPE company
• Order and prepare materials required for production.
• Check inventory (raw materials, intermediate products, boxes, etc.) based on purchase order POs for orders received.
• Coordinate the production process (ordering raw materials and packaging materials, molding process, and secondary processing).
• Prepare planning production, confirm product delivery date and shipping date, and respond to the delivery date.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 30 ~ 45
• Gender: Females prefer
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or higher) and English Intermediate Level
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of Production Control experience in a Japanese company
• Having working experience in EPE company
• Working in a company with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 certification and following the requirements
• Has member's management experience
• Good understanding of how to handle EPE companies
• Has knowledge of customs Clearance
• Can use Excell well
• Others: Strong sense of responsibility
