Responsibilities:
- Search, approach and find new customers and new business opportunities, focusing especially on Japanese customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans
- Building and developing a sales team at the company
- Analyze market trends, plan and make implementation recommendations
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 22 - 30
・Gender: Female only
・Education: From College Degree
・Language: Japanese at Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 6 months of working experience in Sales in IT outsourcing companies for Japanese customers.
- Having networks of customers in the IT industry to expand the company's business.
<Skills/ Personalities>:
- Have a sense of responsibility and passion for the sales position
- Sociable, cheerful, energetic personality, proactive in work and not afraid of repetitive tasks.
- Ability to communicate coherently, and confidently, have presentation skills, and a learning mindset.
