<Job Responsibilities>
● Hiring:

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to foster a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• ● Back- Office (BO)
• Back Office tasks regarding organization and back office based on instructions of Managers. Currently, Managers are Japanese and Vietnamese

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Age: 25~35 years old
• Gender: Any
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 level or above) and English - Conversational Level
• Experience:
• + At least 3 years experience of working as an HR&GA executive
• + At least 1 year living and working in Japan
• + Strong at recruitment field

Pay: 22,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
