<Job Responsibilities>

• Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal-external).
• Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
• Responsible for establishing quality control processes/ documents/ plans when deploying new products.
• Evaluate the quality of pre-production and official production stages.
• Prepare reports related to quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
• Propose kaizen method to improve work quality, reduce lead time.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 28 ~ 35
• Gender: Male
• Education: College Degree or higher with majors in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Automation, or relevant fields.
• Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
• Experience:
• Working experience: at a manufacturing factory in the quality field (precision machining)
• Have knowledge of measurement related to mechanical component production.
• Proficient in quality systems, 7 QC tools.
• Organize work well, have plans and the ability to manage work progress.
