<Job Responsibilities>

• Support communication between Japanese clients and Vietnamese colleagues by utilizing the Japanese / Vietnamese language mostly related to the following projects
• Financial & Tax Due Diligence
• Post-Merger Integration (“PMI”)
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advisory
• Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit
• Transfer Pricing documentation
• Other Vietnamese Tax such as Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Add Tax (VAT)
• Giving answers to client’s question based on consulting service contract
• Translation of report from English / Vietnamese to Japanese
• Join MTG with the client as an interpreter (Vietnamese to Japanese, Japanese to Vietnamese)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Gender: Any
• Age: 23-30 years old
• Education background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Tax, Accounting, or Finance OR Having Japanese bookkeeping qualification (簿記3級以上) OR Other relevant certificates
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or above)
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in either Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuations, IFRS Advisory, Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit at consulting/ accounting firms
• Others:
• Good knowledge in 1 or 2 items of the following areas;
• ✓ Financial & Tax Due Diligence
• ✓ Valuation and financial modeling skills
• ✓ IFRS
• ✓ Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
