<Job Responsibilities>
Analyze and track utility processes, analyzing monthly energy consumption and operation cost, optimizing equipment and process performance.

• Provide technical assistance related to operation expertise.
• Manage goals and results, and seek continuous process improvement.
• Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality.
• Manage Human Resources (lead teams, train and develop operators, working plan, vacations, day-off, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)
• Distribute tasks to utility technicians, operators

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical, Refrigeration
• Gender: Any
• Age: 27~35
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: Having 5 years of relevant experience in the utilities process
