• Develop, identify and gain new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Source, build customer database and send/follow up sales leads to/from overseas sales agents.
• Visit existing clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Cooperate with CS/Docs & Accounting team to setup SOP for each account as well as ensure business handling smoothlyfrom time to time. Be main contact window to customers & coordinate with internal team to solve problems/claim in aligned with company policies.
• Follow up with customer to ensure payment on time.
• Track sales goals and report results to senior management.
• Investigate and update market situation timely, enhance company’s name & market share in Vietnam market.
• Supervise & ensure proper filing of customer’s service contract
• Support on reports, projects & nominated business assigned by senior management if any.
• Participate in regional sales and marketing campaigns as assignments
• Other tasks assigned by senior management if any.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry sales with proven track record.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Fluent in English. Chinese is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.
