A dynamic and enthusiastic salesperson, ready to join our sales team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The candidate must be a Vietnamese native, fluent in English, eager to work with international clients in a friendly and great company, and passionate about sharing their love for the country and travel.

• Searching for and developing new clients through the internet, managing, and developing the assigned client portfolio.
• Communicating with B2B/direct clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social networks (such as Whatsapp, Skype, etc.), email, or phone.
• Understanding how clients think and adapting your ideas to suit their individual needs.
• Performing calculations and sending quotations.
• Creating tour programs based on client requests and adhering to the Sales Department's procedures.
• Advising clients and staying up-to-date with market news and upcoming products.
• Collaborating with departments such as operations and accounting to follow up and ensure the completion of created tour programs.
• Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) to boost sales.
• Attending team meetings, training sessions, and inspection trips.
• Continuously improving based on feedback.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Vietnamese candidates only
• At least 1-2 years experienced in Sales inbound travel is required
• Excellent spoken and written in English
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Able to work under high pressure
• Want to work as part of a small team with a desire to succeed and willing to learn
• Experience in Luxury Travel is a bonus (but not required)
