<Job Responsibilities>

• Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding imports and procedures
• Follow up with existing customers, propose new products, and receive orders for new projects
• Develop new customers in the future
• Make presentations and gather market information
• Maintain up-to-date database of customers
• Make quotations and some other documents
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
• Attending business trips from Japan (customer visits, hotel arrangements, etc.)
• *Since there is currently no base in Hanoi, you will be working from home.
• *Manager is in HCM and will come to Hanoi on a business trip
• *Few customer visits

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Gender: Female only
• Age: 24-31
• Education: Bachelor
• Language: Japanese and English Intermediate level (Japanese will be used when visiting Japanese clients with the Japanese Manager, English will be used as Company's official language)
• Experience: Having more than 1 year of Sales experience in the industry of raw materials for human consumption such as pharmaceuticals and food ingredients.
