Monthly Salary: 14,000,000～16,000,000VND
Responsibilities:
I. Sales Activities: (70% - 80%)
1. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high-value customers
2. Make presentation slides & visit customers regularly to maintain good relationships, update project information, competitors' information, and customers’ feedback about the company's products & service
3. Identify & receive new project information, make quotations, follow up customer feedback about quotations, and competitors’ information to win the project. After winning the project, communicate with customers & factory side to ensure delivery to customers
4. Monitor PO & delivery schedule from customer to avoid line down problem
5. Monitor PO & Forecast from customers to analyze fluctuation trend
6. Negotiate with customers in case there is anything happen
7. Develop new customers to expand sales
8. Research & report about sales market trends, competitors’ activities…
9. Other tasks from the company
II. Engineering Activities: (20% - 30%)
1. Promote the company's products & technology by presentation
2. Technical support & troubleshooting when necessary
3. Do training about the company's products, bearing handling, bearing troubleshooting, and bearing installation… to support customers, make good relationships & enhance the company's image
4. Receive customers’ quality claims & do investigations with the General Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report customers about investigation result
5. Fulfill all customers’ requests about technical questions, technical surveys…
6. Other tasks from the company.
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25-30. Gender: Any
・Strong education background (preferably from a reputable University) with at least a Bachelor's Degree in related fields
・Language: English business level (report to Foreign Manager)
・Experience:
+ Have at least 1 year of experience in a sales engineer position
+ Fresh graduates from Mechanical majors in reputed universities can apply if they are interested in and have the ability to be a sales engineer.
・Good communication skill
・Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt
・Must be interested in Sales activities & strong negotiation skills will be an advantage
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Background in Mechanical Engineering
・Experience in Japanese companies
・Knowledge of bearing products
