<Job Responsibilities>

• During the startup stage, you must also search for partner companies(Construction, furniture making).
• Under the supervision of a Japanese supervisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Document Preparation: Collaborate with the drafting team to prepare documents such as specifications, drawings, and perspectives.
• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Vendor Management: Issue purchase orders to construction companies, furniture manufacturers, and other vendors; ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities on-site.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports.
• Client Communication: Liaise with Japanese clients.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: ~ 45
• Gender: Any
• Education: Not Required
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 level or above. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally for internal business operations.)
• Experience:
• 2-3 years experience in Construction management
• Good knowledge of retail construction
• Have good relationship with vendor, contractor
