Responsibility:
1.Developing Chemical & Maintenance service sales to existing and new customers.
2.Anticipating client needs and suggesting improved solutions to meet those needs.
3.Looking for new opportunities by proposing to optimize the operation of the customer's Water/Wastewater treatment system.
4.Sourcing new potential accounts, and identifying potential markets and market fluctuations for business development.
5.Always update competitors’ situations and develop appropriate response plans to new situations.
6.Taking responsibility for achieving the monthly & annual budgeted sales targets for the department.
7.Maintaining a high standard of communication and support, regular customer visits, and reporting to the Manager.
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Petrochemicals/Environmental (Master's degree in an advantage)
- Gender: Male only. Age: 27 - 35 years old
- Language: English at Intermediate level
- Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years experience in Water & Wastewater treatment fields
+ Minimum 3 years experience in Sales position
- Others: Good at Power Point skills for presentation, and reporting.
<Personalities> :
- Hard-working.
- Ready for working overtime, and learning new topics, especially technical issues.
- Be able to work independently or in a team, under high pressure.
- Good soft skills: Communication/ positive conversation, negotiation, teamwork.
<Preferable>:
- Having experience working in a chemical company or an environmental company
