<Job Responsibilities>
1. Participate directly in tax consulting team for customers, responsible for performing specific tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Assign job tasks to subordinates to ensure employees perform most effectively and provide support if necessary;
• Review and manage team performance including salary spreadsheets, tax declarations, records, tax procedures, and consulting reports;
• Manage and control tax consulting services for customers and contract valid time for providing tax consulting services according to tax law and customer requirements;
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers and tax authorities related to tax issues;
• Directly participate in tax review, and tax refund projects and support tax inspection preparation for customers; Participate in consulting and special projects at the request of company leaders;
• Provide tax consulting to customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings with specialized experience and professional skills;
• Update new regulations on taxes.

2. Responsible for receiving direction and reporting to Tax Partners and company leadership and performing management tasks as follows:

• Supporting company development including but not limited such as meeting with potential customers, preparing quotes introducing/proposing services, and understanding customer needs.
• Develop, propose, and improve processes and software if necessary.
• Support training for new employees; Develop and improve the professional qualifications, skills, and professionalism of the tax consulting team.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance major
• Gender: Male preffered
• Age: 33-45 years old
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as Tax Manager in consulting firms.
• Certificate of Tax Procedure (CPA certificate is a plus)
• Master in the tax system, tax policies, tax processes, and procedures
• Good time management, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Dynamic, progressive, hard-working, able to withstand work pressure.

Pay: 40,000,000₫ - 55,000,000₫ per month
