• Preparing foods and serving customers)
• Being in charge of Recruitment and Training the Restaurant's staff

• Reporting to the Japanese Director
• Managing Sales ( Cash management, depending on the restaurant)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 28-45
• Education: Not required
• Language: Japanese Conversational Level (N3 Level)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively apply service industry best practices.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, such as during peak seasons.
