<Job Responsibilities>

• Manage the production line (precision machining), ensure achievement of goals of KPIs for the team, including workplace safety, delivery time, productivity, and production tool costs.
• Set action targets for the team.
• Implement and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Prepare training programs and conduct training, correcting errors for team management staff.
• Remind team members about compliance with internal regulations and production processes.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Recommend changes to the team's organizational structure to establish a better management system.
• Report all issues related to the department.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 30 ~
• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
• Experience:
• 5 years of experience working in a mechanical processing manufacturing plant and at least 3 years in a production line management position.
• Knowledge of NC and CNC machining is required.
• Experience in process improvement activities.
• Proficient in using 7 quality management tools and data analysis.
• Familiar with Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
