- Manage the production line (precision machining), ensure achievement of goals of KPIs for the team, including workplace safety, delivery time, productivity, and production tool costs.
- Set action targets for the team.
- Implement and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Prepare training programs and conduct training, correcting errors for team management staff.
- Remind team members about compliance with internal regulations and production processes.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Recommend changes to the team's organizational structure to establish a better management system.
- Report all issues related to the department.
- Age: 30 ~
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience working in a mechanical processing manufacturing plant and at least 3 years in a production line management position.
- Knowledge of NC and CNC machining is required.
- Experience in process improvement activities.
- Proficient in using 7 quality management tools and data analysis.
- Familiar with Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
- Details will be discussed further in the interview.
Pay: 23,000,000₫ - 33,000,000₫ per month
