<Job Responsibilities>

• Work with the manager to develop the quality control process to improve product quality.
• Operate, analyze, and propose improvements to the testing process.
• Analyze test results and prepare quality reports for the project.
• Manage progress, test execution results, and bugs.
• Define test quality for each project and propose improvement measures.
• Work with project leaders to ensure that test schedules, plans, and strategies correspond to development schedules and internal processes.
• Translate Japanese documents into Vietnamese. Or translate Vietnamese to Japanese.
• *Manage this series of workflow with the PDCA cycle.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 26 - 35
• Gender: Any
• Language: Japanese - Intermediate level (for translation task)
• At least 3~5 years of experience in one of the following in the IT industry
• IT Tester experience
• Project management experience
