<Job Responsibilities>

• MFPs or related software are embedded in many products, requiring a great deal of know-how and technology. Since many of our projects are large-scale, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.
• Objective: Development of embedded software related to printer multifunction devices.
• Job Responsibilities: The responsibility of the lead engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers and lead the project (Technical lead).

• Developing embedded controller software that operates on the controller board of printer multifunction devices.
• Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
• The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
• Collaborating with bridge engineers to lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 25~
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Language skills: Japanese - Business Level (N2~N1) AND English - Intermediate level
• Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 7 years or more.

<Personalities>

• Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Having the motivation to work for a long period, as a founding member of the company (will receive software development training in Japan for one to two months).
