Monthly Salary: 24,000,000～30,000,000VND
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be in charge of Property and Building management of Rental Factories and Warehouses
- Maintenance and regular inspection
- Management of legal inspection of the buildings including electrical and mechanical systems and emergency response
※There is a possibility that the management area will increase due to the future business development
※ After joining the company, on-site training will be provided for approximately 2 to 3 weeks at company's rental warehouse in Dong Nai during the probation period
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2) and English Conversational Level
・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in maintaining industrial buildings such as Factories and/or Warehouses, or Office buildings and/or Condominiums
- Have experience maintaining the building itself and Facilities attached to buildings (Fire fighting system, Electrical system, and Water supply and drainage system, etc.)
・Other: Lives in Hung Yen and/or being able to commute by themselves (Company doesn’t provide transportation)
